Frequently asked questions

Still stuck? Email help@celedus.app.

What is Celedus?

A suite of focused school apps: a calendar-first planner, a degree mapper, flashcards, algebra tools, and more. Every app works on its own, and they share your account, your theme, and your data.

Can I try an app before paying?

Yes. Every app has a full demo with sample data loaded. Nothing is saved in demo mode. Browse the apps and pick one.

What does it cost?

$4 a month for a single app, $10 a month for the whole suite, or $90 a year for the suite. Those are the student prices with a .edu email. Full pricing.

How does billing work?

Each paid invoice tops up your access balance for the apps you bought. Renewals top it up again automatically, so there is never a gap. If you cancel, you keep the access you already paid for until it runs out.

How do I cancel?

Open your account page from the dashboard and use the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges right away and leaves your remaining access intact.

Do I get a student discount?

The prices on the pricing page already are the student prices. Use your .edu email at checkout.

Where is my data stored?

In your account, synced to our database so the same data follows you between devices and browsers. Apps also keep a local copy so they load instantly and keep working offline.

What happens to my data if my access lapses?

Nothing is deleted. Your data stays in your account and comes straight back when you resubscribe or claim more time.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from your account page. Deleting the account removes your data with it, and that cannot be undone.

I found a bug. Where do I report it?

On the suggestions board with the Bug tag, or email help@celedus.app.

Can I request an app or a feature?

Please do. Post it on the suggestions board and other students vote on it. Owners of an app get double weight on that app's posts.

I have a redemption link. How do I use it?

Open it while signed in, or sign up through it, and the free time lands on your account automatically. Links can expire or run out of spots, and the page tells you if that happened.
