These terms cover your use of Celedus and its apps. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have a parent/guardian's consent).
You own the content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you so the apps work. We don't claim ownership of your work.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep it running but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent the law allows.
You may stop using Celedus and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the revised terms.
